BERNACCA The attitude reconstitution from the star mapper transit times and the processing of science data for the HIPPARCOS mission will be performed, independently, by two Consortia named FAST and NDAC. Summary information on the four Consortia is given in Tables VIII and IX. The methods for the preparation of the Input Catalogue and the algorythms to be implemented for data reduction have been proposed to ESA in 1981 in response to Announcements of Opportunities by all Consortia.
